The culture in which Elvis Abrahanowicz was raised and the way of life that Ben Milgate discovered and loved on his travels through South America. Whilst working together at another restaurant, the boys discovered each other's interest in South American and Spanish food. They decided that Sydney was ready for their favourite style of eating - sharing and experiencing flavours in a relaxed environment. Combining their (Ben and Elvis') fine dining experience and their love of fresh quality ingredients, Bodega was created to bring to Sydney a modern interpretation of cultures, food and wine.
