Jan's cafe has been trading at this address since 2005.

From 01 January 2010, AVJVA Pty Ltd ITF AVJVA Trust took over the business
and change the name to Safira Verde (Green Sapphire, it means).
We will open for trading from 04 January 2010.
Our aim is to bring to you healthy but still tasty modern Australian foods
in a relaxing Viennese style cafe, where you can enjoy your days with books,
chatting with your friends or talking business with your business parters and customers
and enjoy good and healthy foods and great coffee.
Complimentary wireless internet is available to all of our customers
so bring your laptop, netbook or using your wireless-internet enable phones.
Chef Sapphire Duong (the chef behind Kawa Cafe Surry Hills for more than 6 years)
will introduce her best menu for the summer using the freshest Australian produce
together with her passions for healthy & tasty eating.
Please come and enjoy a selection of French summer hits including mushroom and prawn salad
and the authentique Nicoise Salad. An unique selection of fresh cakes will be also on display.
For coffee lovers (we all are), we serve Campos coffee.
