The Story Founded in 2001, bungabar has developed from a small cafe bar in bondi beach, to a brand name that travels with millions worldwide. It was bondi local Yossi who identified Australia needed a truly relaxed bar environment that provided an extension to the beach lifestyle. Over the next three years he set out to turn his idea into a successful business that quickly became the "locals choice" It wasn't long before others started taking notice of bungabas success and in came tristan, adam and basil pioneerd the reinvigoration of a road map to a franchise future. In its first year Prime steak restaurant was awarded as Sydney's best steak restaurant by Restaurant and Catering NSW.
